Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and applications published by Appluminati Labs Ltd (“Appluminati”, “we”, “us”), including Freqly and other products described on www.freqly.site (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by Appluminati Labs Ltd. Contact: freqly@appluminati.com.
2. Entertainment only — not a lottery
Freqly and related lottery tools are for entertainment and information only. They show how numbers did in past draws. They do not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, pay prizes, forecast draws, or improve your odds of winning.
Official lottery games are offered only by authorized operators. You must buy tickets from an official retailer or the operator’s own channels. Always confirm official results and prize claims with the official operator.
3. No affiliation or endorsement
Freqly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any lottery operator or provincial lottery corporation. Names of lottery games, when we mention them, are used only to identify publicly reported results and are trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Eligibility
You must be 19 or older to use Freqly. That is your own declaration. We do not ask for your date of birth. Lottery tickets: 18+ (19+ in BC and Atlantic Canada). The Services are not directed at anyone under 19. If you tell us you are under 19, we will close the account and delete the associated personal information. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.
5. Accounts
Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You can delete a Freqly account in the app (Account tab, then Delete account) or request deletion at /delete-account. Deleting the account ends access to unlocks unless they are restored through the store. Purchases and refunds are handled through Apple and Google under their policies.
6. Responsible play
Lottery play involves risk of financial loss. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, seek help through responsiblegambling.org or local resources.
7. Historical data and no guarantees
Draw histories, frequencies, labels, and similar figures are estimates based on archives and prize ladders that may be incomplete. Each draw is random and independent. Past results do not indicate future results. We do not warrant that data is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and original content, are owned by Appluminati Labs Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. Official lottery names, logos, and game rules remain the property of their respective operators. Copyright complaints: see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Services you consent to that policy where consent is required. Consent to optional uses, including marketing email, must be separate and express.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLUMINATI LABS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL WIN ANY PRIZE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLUMINATI LABS LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TICKETS, OR PRIZES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. We may change or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. We notify users of material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory of residence, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
